Welcome to the official Web Site for Stillwater Homeowners Association. This web site was created in order for the membership to have another way to access information about this great community.

Stillwater Homeowners Association has an aquatic center that includes a zero depth pool, baby pool, and concession area. We are home to the Stillwater Starz Swim Team.

The well-maintained tennis courts are open to all residents. A nationally-recognized tennis pro provides guidance for the program. Mens, women's and youth teams participate in competitions. Lessons are also available through the Pro.

 The community takes great pride in its beautiful and spacious clubhouse which is available for various social events within the community, and for rental by Association members only. Arrangements for rentals should be made at the clubhouse by calling 630-904-8892 or 331 215-8606.

Stillwater offers a variety of events and interest groups. The Association has sponsored three annual children's parties under the leadership of volunteers from the community: Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Adult parties have also been sponsored from time to time. There is a community wide garage sale annually. Individuals have joined together to form Bunco groups, bowling teams, etc. within the neighborhood.

As in any community, there are Rules and Regulations which govern the common areas, the homes and the facilities. You can access all of this information within the web site.
