As a dues-paying resident in Stillwater, you have access to our fantastic Clubhouse for your next event! It is a great location for business meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, and other celebrations. There’s a bar area with refrigerators, plenty of tables and chairs, 2 large flat-screen televisions and a separate sitting area with couches and comfortable chairs.
Rental rates are $30 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, or $150 for 6 hours. There is a maximum capacity of 75 people. Set up and clean up time is included in the rental time frame. Refundable Security Deposit is $250. Cleaning service is available for an additional $100 payable in cash or check on the night of the event. Certificate of insurance (naming Stillwater HOA, Stillwater HOA Board of Directors and Caruso Management Group as additionally insured) is required if alcohol is going to be present at an event.

Click on the Events/Activities menu of the website to check availability and to request a reservation. Click the link at the top of the calendar page to send your request to management. You will receive a confirmation email. Also, the rental agreement with instructions is under Documents, Clubhouse Rental Agreement. These can also be emailed, per your request.
