The Stillwater Clubhouse is opening with the restrictions set by the Governor.

As a dues-paying resident in Stillwater, you have access to our fantastic Clubhouse for your next event!  It is a great location for business meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, and other celebrations.  There’s a bar area with refrigerators, plenty of tables and chairs, 2 large flat-screen televisions and a separate sitting area with couches and comfortable chairs. 

Rental rates are $35 per hour with a 2-hour minimum and a 6-hour maximum.  There is a maximum capacity of 75 people.  Set up and clean up time is included in the rental time frame.  Refundable Security Deposit is $250.  Cleaning service is required for an additional $100 payable to Midwest Maintenance by check.  Certificate of insurance (naming Stillwater HOA, Stillwater HOA Board of Directors and RealManage as additionally insured) is required. If  alcohol is going to be present you must hire a third party Bartender who must provide a certificate of insurance and show them a basset card.
